naked® accepts visa, mastercard or paypal.

taxes

as of july 1, 2010: 12% hst will be added to orders placed within british columbia. 13% hst will be added to orders placed from ontario, new brunswick, newfoundland and labrador. 15% hst will be added to orders placed from nova scotia. orders placed from all other canadian provinces will be charged 5% gst. there is no tax on any u.s. or international orders.

shipping

to simplify online retail purchases, naked® has set shipping charges based on the total of your order (before taxes).  extra large or heavy orders may require an extra weight charge. all orders are shipped twice a week from bowen island, british columbia (V0N 1G0).

cancellations

if your order has already been shipped, then we cannot cancel it. if your order has not yet shipped you will incur a cancellation fee of 15% for re-stocking.

returns

because of the personal nature of the products we sell and for reasons of hygiene, naked® cannot accept returned goods. if an order is refused by the customer, a 15% restocking fee plus full shipping charges will be incurred.

damage claims

all north american orders are shipped insured. guidelines for how to submit a claim to canada post are available on their website (http://www.canadapost.ca) and must be initiated within 90 days of shipment date for canadian orders. us and international orders have 6 months to initiate a claim.  if damage has occurred to an order, please contact naked® immediately to assist with the claim process.

back orders

we do not back order. if we do not have an item in stock,  please check back later.

liability

naked® products do not contain synthetic preservatives and through labeling every effort is made to insure that customers understand how the products are to be treated, used and stored. naked® is not responsible for the buyers’ disregard of this information or for the misuse of any of our products.

your privacy is important to us. naked® will not use your personal information or disclose it to anyone else for any purpose whatsoever.
